ABOUT TRUSCULPT 3D™
Trusculpt is a FDA approved non-surgical radio frequency treatment for body contouring (fat and cellulite reduction). It is designed to treat large body areas like the upper / lower abdomen, legs, thighs and buttocks areas.
HOW DOES TRUSCULPT WORK?
It uses radio frequency technology which gently heats tissue and breaks down fat cells. The results are not immediate, it may take up to 2 or 3 months to see the final results. Unlike liposuction, which is immediate, TruSculpt treatments are administered without anesthesia and are not painful or require any recovery. Patients may resume normal daily activities immediately after treatment. The treatment sessions last less than 60 minutes.
WHY ARE RESULTS NOT IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE?
Fat reduction with any method other than liposuction will not yield immediate results. TruSculpt uses RF technology to target fat cells and gradually melt the cells, which are then absorbed and eliminated by the body.
HOW TO CHOOSE BETWEEN TRUSCULPT, COOLSCULPTING, BODYFX AND LIPOSUCTION
Non-Surgical methods such as TruSculpt, CoolSculpting and BodyFX use different technologies to reduce fat and each has its own advantages and limitations. If you are not interested in or are not a candidate for surgery then these non-surgical methods are a perfect solution. The results may not be immediately visible and dramatic fat reduction will not be achieved, however, results will be seen and you will not experience any pain or have to go through a lengthy recovery period.
With Liposuction, dramatic results may be achieved, up to 1 gallon on fat may be extracted in about 2 hours, however, liposuction does not address small areas of problematic fat and cellulite. The non-surgical options above are sometimes used after liposuction to smooth out small areas which lipo was not able to treat.
